معلومات الشحن

فى SEEN نؤمن أن كل طلب يستحق نفس مستوى العناية الموجود داخل العبوة.

لهذا يتم تجهيز كل طلب بعناية، وفحصه، وتغليفه بشكل آمن قبل شحنه.

تجهيز الطلبات

يتم تجهيز الطلبات عادة خلال من يوم إلى يومى عمل.

أما الطلبات التى يتم تقديمها خلال العطلات الرسمية أو نهاية الأسبوع، فيبدأ تجهيزها فى أول يوم عمل.

قد تزيد مدة التجهيز قليلًا أثناء العروض أو إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة.

مدة التوصيل

تختلف مدة الشحن حسب المحافظة أو الدولة.

ستظهر المدة التقديرية أثناء إتمام الطلب.

وبمجرد شحن الطلب، ستصلك رسالة تحتوى على رقم التتبع.

رسوم الشحن

يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن تلقائيًا أثناء إتمام عملية الشراء وفقًا لمكان التوصيل.

قد تتوفر عروض شحن مجانى خلال بعض الحملات.

تتبع الطلب

يحصل كل طلب يتم شحنه على رقم تتبع.

ويمكن متابعة حالة الطلب فى أى وقت من خلال الرابط المرسل بعد الشحن.

التسليم

يرجى التأكد من صحة عنوان الشحن وبيانات التواصل قبل إتمام الطلب.

لا تتحمل SEEN مسؤولية أى تأخير ناتج عن إدخال بيانات غير صحيحة أو عدم تواجد المستلم.

إذا تجاوز طلبك المدة التقديرية للتوصيل، يرجى التواصل مع فريق خدمة العملاء، وسنعمل على متابعة الشحنة فى أسرع وقت.

قد يتوفر الشحن الدولى لبعض الدول.

وقد تفرض الجهات الجمركية فى بلدك رسومًا أو ضرائب إضافية، وتكون مسؤولية العميل.
